Azizah Collections strive to maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction, including a guarantee of every hijab as it's described on our Website. You're eligible for a refund within 28 days if you're dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on the Azizah Collection's part.
Issue
1. Incorrect Hijab/Damaged
You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs, if your return is a result of an error on Azizah Collection's part. If agreed, you'll receive return shipping too. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to Azizah Collections within 28 days of the invoice date and in the same condition you received it in.
2. Hijab Did Not Arrive
You're eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your hijab hasn't arrived. If this clause cannot be proved by you then the return is void.
In cases where the hijab is returned to Azizah Collections for any of the following reasons, the refund price includes hijab price only: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.
3. Changed Your Mind
If you've changed your mind about a hijab we cannot accept returns. We may be able to offer part refund but please do not return the hijab until you've received confirmation from the Azizah Collections. If we accept your request, you'll be refunded the price of the hijab (not including original or return shipping charges).
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact us stating clearly your invoice/order number for confirmation.
Return shipping is calculated as equal to original shipping costs. |
